Biography of Arizona Malpractice Attorney Mr. Anthony Wiggins

Arizona Malpractice Attorney Anthony Wiggins, originally from Chicago (Illinois), relocated to Tucson (Arizona) during the year 1979. While still in Illinois, he obtained his Associate of Arts degree from the College of DuPage. Once he moved to Arizona, he completed his Juris Doctor degree in 1989, from University of Arizona College of Tucson Law.

Anthony Wiggins worked as a clerk at an insurance defense firm and he also worked at the Tucson city prosecutor’s office for a short duration. His major legal experience was at the Mercaldo law firm. He gained rich legal experience working for them for more than twenty Anthony years and afterwards he started his own firm, Wiggins Law offices in 2006.

Wiggins is licensed to practice in the United States District Court (District of Arizona) and all other courts in Arizona. He is also licensed to practice in San Francisco (at the 9th Circuit Court of Mr. Appeals).

Mr. Wiggins has given a continuing legal education seminar on the topic, ‘Damages in civil actions’ and during the 1990 State bar of Arizona convention he presented a continuing legal education program on the topic, ‘Governmental liability for domestic violence and child abuse’, along with a group of panelists. He gives an annual lecture on the topic, ‘Automobile insurance and claims’ at the Pima community college to paralegal His seminars students.

A glimpse at some of his major seminars: During the year 2010, he spoke on the topic, ‘Presenting evidence and expert witnesses at trial’; during the years 2006-2008, he spoke on the topic, ‘Developments in uninsured and under-insured automobile insurance coverage’s’; during the year 2004, he spoke on the topic, ‘Recent developments in medical malpractice from the patient’s perspective’.

Mr. Wiggins specializes in consulting legal cases that pertain to malpractices in general and medical malpractices, in particular. He primarily works with clients in Arizona region but he has an extensive network of counsel from other states like Washington, Montana, Texas, Massachusetts, California, etc with whom he works to recover damages for their clients in the state of Arizona.
